Employee Assistance Programs

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a service that is provided by certain employers, at no cost to the employee or to immediate members of the employee's family. Confidential, short-term counseling is provided in order to assess issues of concern and make appropriate referrals. Many companies provide from 3-8 sessions for the care of their employee and qualifying family members.

Your call and the content of sessions will be kept in strictest confidence. It is generally recognized by companies that employees are their most valuable resource. Because stress and unresolved personal problems can lead to lowered productivity on the job, the EAP is a valuable resource that can be accessed to help each person deal with problems before they become unmanageable.

Your EAP can provide therapy for a variety of issues:
  • Depression
  • Anxiety and Stress Management
  • Grief and Loss
  • Family Issues
  • Alcohol & Drug Related Issues
  • Occupational Issues
  • Financial Stress
  • Relationship Issues
  • Parenting Issues
  • Chronic Illnesses
  • Caretaker Stress
  • Marital Issues

Who looks outside, dreams.

Who looks inside, awakens.
